Attorney Christopher John Koppes was admitted to the Bar in 2011. He earned his  J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 2011, after receiving an Honors B.A. cum laude in 2008. While attending law school, he interned with the Honorable Charles Kahn, Milwaukee County Circuit Court and Milwaukee County’s Corporation Counsel.

Chris maintains a general civil practice with emphasis on personal injury law, general litigation, estate planning, real estate transactions, and trust/estate administration.  He has litigated multiple trials to verdict, and through appeal. 

Chris is deeply invested in the success of the Watertown community. He has previously served on and is a past president of the Watertown Library Board of Trustees. He volunteers with the Wills for Heroes Foundation, where he donates his time drafting estate plans for first responders and their families in the Wisconsin area. He also currently serves as an Educational Foundation of Watertown board member.
